Hi mailinglist,

I recently set up capisuitefax as a faxserver which should send about 50
faxes the night to our customers.

Sometimes I get a mail from Capisuite with the last result code 0x1/0x0.

In the docu this error code isn't mentioned. Can you give me a hint what
this code means?

Thank you for reading my post and thank you for your hints too.

This is unfortunately missing in the documentation, yes. :-(

It means "no answer", i.e. the timeout for connection establishment is over
and no one answered the call in the given time (the outgoing_timeout in
fax.conf).

Today I received another mail from capisuite with an undocumented returncode.

Last result: 0x2/0x0

What does this code mean?

Thanks for your answer

Well, it's actually not really undocumented, only documented in a strange
place :-)

2 means that connection wasn't succesful, but I didn't get any informaiton
about the reason from the ISDN. :-(

One could say "nothing", also... :-} I also don't know for sure who and why
produces this sort of problem.

I didn't see it by myself so far, I only implemented it as it's a valid return
value according to the CAPI specifiation...
