Tell ISDN telephone to dial a number

Hello,

I'd like to have a script that takes a telephone number as an argument and
then somehow tells my ISDN telephone to dial that number. Is this possible
with CAPI/ISDN at all, and if yes, is it possible with CapiSuite?

Something like this would be nice:
- Start the script
- Telephone rings
- Lift the receiver
=> Telephone dials the number
