Addition: Capisuite stops working if receiver of a voice call is busy

I've written a script which makes outgoing calls.
It works proper except if the recipient of the call is just busy.
In this case capisuite stops doing anything and i have to restart it
any idea? Thanks!

This is the last line when my capisuite stucks
If I send a Fax to a bysy devcice, it replys 3491 - User busy
But if I initiate a voice call with capisuite.call_voice, that happens

If I then call the number of my ISDN Card, it is busy until I restart
capisuite.
Please help me. Thanks.
